What a visit looks like
What we do
Your therapist listens, watches you move and examines you. They explain what they find and the choices, and you agree on a plan. Treatment may include hands-on care and exercises.
What decides how many visits
What your therapist finds, what you want to do again, and how your body responds. Your therapist talks it through with you.
How it is paid for
With your insurance, or by paying yourself with a written estimate first.
How fees work
- Chest pain, trouble breathing, a sudden severe headache or pain, new weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or a fall with a head injury needs emergency care now. Call 911.
Questions about this care
Do I need a referral?
In Tennessee you can start without a referral. Your plan may still ask for one, and we tell you when we check your benefits.
Will it hurt?
We work within what you can tolerate. Tell your therapist when something does not feel right, and they change it.
Do you treat work or auto injuries?
Tell us who your adjuster is. Your state decides who may direct your care. If you were hurt in a crash or at work, get emergency care first.
