The people who treat you

Four physical therapists. Your first visit is with one of them.

    Flora Gillespie

Flora started the practice so people have somewhere to keep building strength once their plan of care ends. She sees most first visits and decides, with each person, when a class is the right next step.

    Lilly Correa

  • A smiling older man with glasses and a navy polo stands beside the parallel bars in a bright physical therapy gym

    Kyung Moon

Leela writes each new member's starting plan with the instructors and checks in with members as their plan changes. She sees first visits on Wednesdays and Fridays.

The people who teach your class

Three instructors, working from the physical therapists' notes.

  • Clinical Pilates instructor

    Sophie Wolfe

Sophie teaches reformer foundations and mat classes. She works from the physical therapist's notes on each member's plan.

  • Strength class instructor

    Levi Knight

Levi leads the small-group strength classes and stays close to each member's first few classes.

  • Reformer and tower instructor

    Morgan Cunningham

Morgan teaches the evening reformer classes and the tower work, and keeps the studio's equipment in order.

Who does what

A physical therapist examines you, makes your plan and treats you. An instructor teaches your class and works from what your therapist has noted. Each physical therapist here is licensed in Tennessee, and you can look any of them up by name with the state board.
